Preparation

Prepare your test environment

  • Prepare the parts to be cleaned
  • If necessary, use aids such as brushes, cloths, ultrasonic basins, etc.
  • The contamination should be as practical as possible
  • Provide water and a mixing container for diluting water-based cleaning concentrates.

Please note:

Even safe cleaners without hazardous substances can react with inferior surfaces and cause damage.

Cleaning

In advance:

  • Water-based cleaning concentrates should be diluted with water. Start with a low concentration and gradually increase it until the desired cleaning result is achieved.

Cleaning:

  • If possible, use the cleaner according to the instructions (see application instructions on the label/TDS).
  • Cleaning can be carried out in various ways. We recommend spraying the cleaner directly onto the soiling.
  • Vary different parameters such as concentration, exposure time, temperature, use of mechanical aids (brush, ultrasound, etc.)

Conclusion

Evaluate the cleaning result and optionally take photos. These will help our technical advisors with their assessment.

  • Has the contamination been completely removed?
  • Are there any residues from the contamination or the cleaner?
  • Is the surface undamaged?
  • Were you bothered by subjective factors such as the smell?
