Floor cleaning

In production halls, workshops and warehouses, floors become soiled by oil, grease, rubber abrasion, dust and process residues. Eco-Nova offers floor cleaners for routine and deep cleaning – ranging from bio-surfactant concentrates to strongly alkaline deep cleaners.

That’s what it’s all about

Problem and Solution

The challenge

Dirty floors increase the risk of slipping and make industrial halls look neglected. Oil and rubber grit become embedded in pores and floor coatings. Cleaners that are too harsh damage the coatings, whilst those that are too weak require a second clean – both of which cost time and money.

Our solution

We tailor the cleaning agents and dosage to the floor covering, the level of soiling and your cleaning method. For routine cleaning, Evoclean IN is suitable (not classified as hazardous according to the safety data sheet, 0 % VOC), whilst for stubborn soiling, alkaline deep-cleaning agents such as Novafloor or Novafloor Plus, which are labelled as corrosive, are recommended.

Typical areas of application

  • Production and storage halls
  • Workshop floors
  • Coated industrial floors
  • Tyre wear caused by forklift trucks
  • Bitumen and tar stains on floors

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Which floor cleaner is suitable for oil and rubber residue?
Alkaline deep-cleaning products are suitable for heavy soiling caused by oil and rubber residue, whilst milder cleaners are recommended for regular cleaning. We recommend the right combination for your floor.
Will the cleaner damage my floor finish?
That depends on the coating, the cleaner and the concentration. We recommend carrying out a preliminary test and will advise on the correct dosage.
Are there any floor cleaners without hazard labels?
Yes, for example Evoclean IN – which, according to the safety data sheet, is not classified as hazardous and has a VOC content of 0 %. Strongly alkaline deep-cleaning agents such as Novafloor are labelled as corrosive.
Can I try out the cleaning products beforehand?
Yes. We provide free samples and, on request, demonstrate how to use them on site.
