The anilox rollers contain deep-seated ink residues. The current cleaner contains hazardous substances and does not clean deep into the port, so the quality of the print suffers. The customer also wants to achieve an optimum cleaning result without hazardous substances if possible.
In contrast to the current cleaner, our products dissolved further residues from the anilox rollers after application, so that a pore-deep clean result was achieved. The significantly better cleaning performance means that optimum print quality can be achieved for the subsequent printing process. In addition, Novaflex contains a significantly lower proportion of hazardous substances.
