In the manufacturing process of glass fiber wallpapers, SB, PVA, PVAC and PVC plastics dry in liquid form on the binder rollers and are currently cleaned with a high-pressure cleaner and a brush. As the residues are very stubborn, only extensive mechanical cleaning is currently an option. In addition, the silicone binder rollers are sensitive to solvents. The wear period of the rollers should not be shortened by the use of cleaners. In the best case, the cleaning process should be possible without a brush or high-pressure cleaner, but can be accelerated at any time with mechanical support, as the processes are known and equipment is available. The waste water from the cleaner and dirt is treated internally and then discharged into the sewer system. The compatibility of the cleaner with the internal wastewater treatment plant must also be ensured.
