Antistick 100 is an innovative, industrial release agent specially developed for use in asphalt mixing plants and for asphalt transport.

Advantages

Antstick 100 was specially developed for road construction and asphalt transport and prevents bitumen from sticking to machines. It has a low evaporation rate and also works at higher temperatures. Antistick 100 adheres to the surface for a particularly long time. It can be applied several times in one application, making it very economical and effective to use and works very well on porous asphalt (OPA).

The surface to be protected must be thoroughly cleaned before treatment, e.g. with Bituclean or Bituclean Extra, then finely mist the cleaned surface, do not overdose. The most effective protection is a complete but thin layer. Safety data sheet available on request.
