On January 1, Eco-Nova GmbH acquired the Dutch company Green4Clean.
This acquisition brings together two companies that share the same values: innovation, sustainability, and measurable added value for customers.
Eco-Nova has a strong position in German industry, while Green4Clean has been firmly established in the Dutch market for years—including in road and water construction, offshore, port logistics, and industry. Together, we now supply customers in Europe and parts of Asia.
The founder of Green4Clean, Kees Breij, will remain actively involved until 2027 and will oversee the transition phase.
Green4Clean will continue to exist as an independent brand and will be further developed internationally under the umbrella of Eco-Nova.
The purchase agreement was signed in November 2025. Now the next phase of growth begins: innovation, internationalization, and sustainable impact. 💚🌍
