Ultrasonic and immersion bath cleaning

Small parts, tools and components are thoroughly cleaned in an ultrasonic or immersion bath – even inside bores and undercuts. Eco-Nova offers cleaning agents for oil, grease, paints, resins and polymers, tailored to the component, the type of contamination and the equipment.

That’s what it’s all about

Problem and Solution

The challenge

If the wrong cleaning agent is chosen, it will not clean thoroughly, may damage sensitive materials or wear out quickly. This means that baths have to be changed frequently and parts have to be cleaned again – driving up costs.

Our solution

We recommend selecting a cleaner, concentration and temperature appropriate to the component and the type of contamination – ranging from alkaline cleaners for oil and grease to solvent-based cleaners for resins and paints. Many of these, such as RF Cleaner, Microsolv NX and Technoclean NX, are not classified as hazardous according to their safety data sheets.

Typical areas of application

  • Small parts and precision components
  • Tools and moulds
  • Nozzles and screens
  • Parts cleaning in maintenance
  • Removal of polymer and resin residues

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Which cleaning agent is suitable for the ultrasonic bath?
That depends on the type of dirt and the material. We recommend the appropriate cleaner, including the correct concentration and temperature.
How can I extend the service life of my immersion bath?
For example, by using the correct dosage of cleaning agent, skimming off any oil that rises to the surface, and pre-cleaning heavily soiled parts. We can advise you on your system.
Are there any immersion bath cleaners without hazard labelling?
Yes, for example RF Cleaner, Microsolv NX, Technoclean NX or Multisolv – which, according to their safety data sheets, are not classified as hazardous.
Can I try out the cleaning products beforehand?
Yes. We provide free samples and, on request, demonstrate how to use them on site.
