In industry, cleaning is the easiest thing in the world: it has to be quick and the end result has to be clean. Quickly getting hold of aggressive cleaning agents to get the desired result is easy as well. However, the impact on the environment often falls victim to these foremost aims. The frequently high pH values also give rise to a further problem: they can result in skin irritation and allergies.
Surfactants are needed to clean off dirt and grease. Their molecular structure promotes their cleaning power: they are both water-attracting (hydrophilic) and fat-attracting (lipophilic). In this way, they penetrate into stubborn dirt and separate it from the surface. The particles of dirt dissolve in the water and are then rinsed off.
The latest generation of biosurfactants meets all expectations in both an innovative and sustainable way: they are so mild to the skin with their powerful cleaning performance, they are even used in the cosmetics industry. They are produced naturally from microorganisms and are 100% biodegradable.
We currently have two biosurfactant cleaning agents in our range.
